Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card Review

Capital Card One® Venture® Rewards is a flexible gift card with a high prize level and valuable facilities for travelers who travel frequently.

With a flat prize rate on all purchases, Capital One Venture Card makes traveling miles to use for your next vacation easy. Plus, users can get increased rates for hotels booked and paid at Hotels.com/venture until January 31, 2020.

Good registration bonus. Venture Cards currently offer 50,000 miles to cardholders who spend $3,000 in the first three months of approval – worth around $500 when redeemed for travel purchases. If you are looking for a fast entry wave, this is one of the most valuable registration offers currently available among gift cards.

However, offering Venture cards is not the most profitable bonus available. The Chase Sapphire Preferred Card, for example, offers 60,000 points for users who spend $4,000 in the first three months – worth up to $750 on the trip if redeemed through the Ultimate Rewards portal. The spending threshold for the Sapphire Preferred bonus is slightly higher, so you should be able to spend a little more in the first few months to qualify.

While most travel gift cards only award more than 1 mile per dollar in certain bonus categories, Venture cards offer a rate of 2 miles per dollar on all purchases. This makes it easy to collect lots of prizes without having to carefully weigh your expenses on a particular card. If you are a type of wastage who likes to use one card for all your purchases, cheap rates for daily expenses are important. https://bit.ly/2Pj1MvD
